Saja Yoga Weekends in Cadzand are an amazing opportunity to recharge your batteries and enjoy the healthy seabreeze of Cadzand!

Come and join me for an energizing Yoga Weekend on the beautiful seaside of Cadzand. Treat yourself with a weekend!

During those days, we will be practicing Yoga every day. This weekend of intensive yoga will teach you how to understand the body and mind, how to connect with the postures, how to calm down your mind, how to connect with the sounds, how to breathe and the importance of it. How to find your personal balance in Yin & Yang.

The Yogaweekend will take place in the unforgettable nature of Cadzand and his magical energizing tranquility! Between classes and during free time you can enjoy the Sea breeze, take a nice walk or explore the nature of the dunes of ‘Het Zwin’.

Retreat highlights:
- Pranayama, Morning meditation.
- Daily Hatha & Vinyasa yoga.
- Yoga Nidra yoga & Yin yoga.
- Inclusive healthy (vegetarian & Biological) breakfast (x2), lunch (x2) & dinner (x2).
